WINDOW TINT FAQS

What are the legal window tint limits in Arizona?

Arizona law allows different tint percentages depending on the vehicle window. Front side windows must allow more than 33% of light to pass through, while rear side windows and back windows can be darker on most vehicles. Our professional installers can help ensure your tint complies with current Arizona regulations.

How much does window tinting cost in Arizona?

The cost of window tinting depends on the size of the vehicle, the number of windows being tinted, and the type of film selected. The ROK90 Ceramic window tint we install offer superior heat rejection and UV protection at a higher price point than standard cheap dyed films. Contact us, and we’d be delighted to provide you with a quote.

Is ceramic window tint worth the extra cost?

Yes. Ceramic window tint is especially popular in Arizona because it blocks significantly more heat and UV rays than traditional films without interfering with GPS, cell phone, or radio signals. Many drivers find the improved comfort and energy efficiency well worth the investment.

How long does window tint installation take?

Most vehicle window tint installations can be completed in two to four hours. Larger vehicles may require additional time. Contact us and our team can provide a more accurate estimate based on your specific vehicle when proving your estimate.

How long does window tint last in Arizona's extreme heat?

Premium ceramic films are designed to resist fading, bubbling, peeling, and discoloration, making them ideal for desert climates. Our ROK90 film has a lifetime guarantee.

Does window tint really reduce heat inside my vehicle?

Absolutely. Professional window tint can significantly reduce solar heat gain, helping keep your vehicle cooler during Arizona summers. Premium films can block a substantial percentage of infrared heat while also reducing glare.

How soon can I roll down my windows after tint installation?

We recommend keeping your windows rolled up for three to five days after installation. This allows the film to properly adhere to the glass and prevents peeling or shifting.

Will window tint protect my car's interior from sun damage?

Yes. Our quality window tint blocks up to 99% of harmful UV rays, helping protect your dashboard, seats, carpeting, and other interior surfaces from fading, cracking, and premature aging caused by Arizona’s intense sunlight.

Can window tint be installed on any vehicle?

Window tint can be installed on most cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and commercial vehicles. Our professional installers can also tint specialty vehicles and provide recommendations based on your driving habits and heat-reduction goals.

Why should I choose professional window tint installation instead of a DIY kit?

Professional installation that our team provides ensures a clean, bubble-free finish, proper film application, and compliance with Arizona tint laws. We also use higher-quality materials than DIY products, and we back our work with a lifetime guarantee.

Do you offer window tint installation throughout the Phoenix metro area?

Yes. We provide professional window tint installation services for drivers throughout the Phoenix area at our Tempe shop. Our customers come from Phoenix, Ahwatukee, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, and surrounding communities. Contact us for a free estimate and recommendations tailored to Arizona’s unique climate.
